The party went very well on Friday. We came home feeling very blessed by the thoughtfulness of our friends. Thank you everyone who made the party happen, I would name you but I don’t really know who all helped. Thank you for caring about us and making us feel that we really will be missed. I know that I am speaking for my family, when I say that we will miss you too. May the Lord bless you!
Tonight at 7:00 many of our friends are putting on a going away party for our family. I feel so blessed to have friends that care about us and are going to miss us when we move back to Kentucky.

This has been one of the nicest Sundays that I’ve had in awhile. This morning we visited City Church in Batavia,NY which is pastored by our great friends Pastor Marty & Patti Macdonald. Then afterwards we were invited to the Macdonald’s home for brunch and had a very nice and relaxing time with them and some other people from the church. The Macdonald family is one of the families that I am going to miss the most after we move to Kentucky. I thank the Lord so much for allowing our two families to meet and get connected. Now, of course I’m writing this post, but now I am in my sweats and sitting around with my family. I’m luvin’ it.

Flour-less? Yup! It’s true! I received this recipe from a great friend of ours, Mrs. Rotoli (the mother of Andrew Rotoli- my brother John’s best friend. Their blog is www.ontrackwithgod.wordpress.com ). She’s allergic to the gluten in flour so she makes these yummy cookies for her self when she wants a treat. Last week I made a batch for her and for us. They are really good. Very peanut buttery! Below is a picture that I took of my cookies and below it is the recipe. Enjoy!
~ Easy Peanut Butter Cookies ~
From the kitchen of Shari Rotoli
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup sugar
1 Egg, Beaten
1 tsp. Vanilla
No flour!
Recipe Instructions:
Stir all ingredients together until well combined. Shape level TBSP. into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet two inches apart. Flatten with a fork. Bake 350 degrees for 16-18 (my oven is a little warmer so I only leave them in for about 14 minutes). Cool 5 minutes an remove to a cooling rack.

I don’t think Liz even knows how excited I am ! I am so thankful that the Lord has allowed me to become friends with Elizabeth Follman. She is a friend, sister, and inspiration to me all in one. Saturday afternoon, my Mom and I had the pleasure of going to my best friend Liz’s baby shower. She is having a boy and is due on March 6th. So, Thursday . I must say that I am sooooo excited that Liz is having another baby(this is her third child). I am very happy for her and John. I think that I’m going to have a hard time not buying him stuff .
