Is it breakfast, or dinner? April 10, 2008

This evening we had a very simple, but nice dinner. Mom made waffles!  Breakfast food is probably my most favorite food to eat (except for ice cream!) so tonight was right up my alley ! They were a nice change, although I almost always enjoy whatever my Mom makes. John had chocolate chips in his, the rest of us had some with blueberry filling on top and  some with just plain butter and maple syrup. Yummm! They were also very simple to make, because the mix was from a box . They tasted homemade though.
