My Sewing Attempt Pictures

Okay! I figured it out. Here are my pics as promised.  Do you think that I should undue everything and add the two parts that I missed? I’m concerned that everytime I look at it I will be dissatisfied.

  1. Hi, I just stumbled on your blog via the wordpress tags, and I think your apron looks GREAT! I have that same pattern, but I’ve never really liked the view you made. Seeing it done in a cute fabric, with cute edging makes me want to go make it. I can’t even tell that you left off any pieces from your pictures.

  2. Thanks Rachel! I appreciate the comment. I’m glad that the apron doesn’t look like I messed up 🙂 .

  3. I agree with Rachel, I think it looks really well done. I also ADORE the fabric that you used to make it! It looks spectacular.

  4. I have that fabric in a different color. 🙂 I think that apron looks great and can’t tell what is missing.

  5. I can’t tell you left anything out either. Looks great!

  6. Thank you everyone! I’m encouraged by your comments. I’m planning on working on the apron more today, so hopefully you’ll see some more pictures of it posted soon. I’m still trying to figure out how to do the waist band. If you’ve done this same pattern I would appreciate some advice! 🙂

  7. Hi Megan! The apron looks GREAT! I absolutely love the fabric you chose, and it doesn’t look like anything is missing at all! You did a wonderful job! Please post pictures when you’re finished!

Your pin cushion is adorable too! 🙂

  8. Megan,
I know I’m your dad, but I must say that I love your blog and the posts you have. Great pictures too. I think you are a lot like me:)
    I love you,
    Dad

  9. It looks great Megan! What are the two pieces that are missing?

  10. Megan – I think it looks great! That is an excellent way to learn. I am glad you had the incentive to get it out and work on it. Oh by the way, you are a lot like your Dad which is a really good thing. Love you! Miss not working with you.
