• Scripture Verse of the Month: 1 Timothy 2: 1-5

I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus...

Psalm 8

y1p6sni9l1msen7nljmus4uyjidncvxhetfn0a-nvolknhvytjgfef2zr80fe4dcdygrdikwvfq92cO LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory above the heavens.

From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise [b] because of your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger.

When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place,

what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him?

You made him a little lower than the heavenly beings [c]
and crowned him with glory and honor.

  You made him ruler over the works of your hands;
you put everything under his feet:

  all flocks and herds,
and the beasts of the field,

  the birds of the air,
and the fish of the sea,
all that swim the paths of the seas.

  O LORD, our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!

  1. I love Psalm 8…just because it speaks (if that is possible) of God’s majesty. I also like Psalm 104 for that kind of thing too.

P.S. Is your Dad back from Sudan?

  2. I know what you mean.

Yes, my dad is back from Sudan. He actually came back over a week ago. Thanks for asking!

  3. Hey,
I love your website! I have 4 girls and 1 boy, and with the teenage years rapidly approaching, it’s nice to see purity can and does happen. Keep pressing on! Can you give me an update about Redemption 08? They still have not updated their website and I am curious as to how it went. Thanks!! Love and Blessings, me

  4. Redemption went really well even though not as many people showed up as hoped. It was a neat experience and I believe the Lord used it to touch people’s lives. It was also a lot of fun for our family to take the trip together. Keep checking out the Redemption website, i’m sure they will update it sometime soon. God bless!
